EZ Pizzi staff works diligently to provide a solid arrival window of 1 hour. We have a firm schedule but EZ Pizzi's staff will finish every home until completion instead of rushing to the following job. Our hours of operation in the field are from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM. EZ Pizzi Cleaning's team has the right to arrive 15 minutes early to a scheduled cleaning and will need prompt and safe access to your home. EZ Pizzi Cleaning reserves the right to release the team to their next scheduled house if they are not granted access within 10 minutes of their arrival. Late cancellation fee will apply.
Accessing Your Home
Here at EZ Pizzi, we treat your home like our own. Common methods for entering the home are garage code, door code or key. Keys are locked in a secure lock box and are never labeled with any address. If there are alarms or other security precautions, please communicate instructions for the team to enter. During inclement weather conditions our main goal is the safety of the staff. All entrances and walkways to the home must be free of all ice and snow. EZ Pizzi has the right to leave the premises if conditions are deemed unsafe for staff. We do not require customers to be present at the time of cleaning. We have learned to be extremely flexible and perform our jobs effectively with or without your presence.
Payments & Gratuity
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at the time of service. EZ Pizzi Cleaning accepts cash and checks. If you will not be home on the day of your scheduled cleaning service, payment should be placed on the kitchen counter where it is visible to our team. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately. If you are not available, we will proceed with the first cleaning and if this becomes a reoccurring concern, we have the right to pause services. A fee of $20.00 will be applied for any returned check. Tips are greatly appreciated and are a generous way of thanking the team. Tips are not mandatory but if you decide to offer them, they must be in the form of cash.
Preparing Your Home for Your Cleaning
Please have all wax melts unplugged. Kitchen sinks must be accessible and free of dishes. We do not require all items to be completely removed from floors and surfaces but the more accessible the area the more thorough the cleaning. Please ensure safe access to the entrance of your home.
24- Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer's feedback has helped us develop our scope of work to a more extensive level over the years. While we always strive to achieve consistent quality, we realize that occasionally an area of the home may need extra attention. We are not able to offer a refund or discount but EZ Pizzi will come back to your home within 24 hours of the cleaning if owner expresses any concerns.
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a Holiday, you will be rescheduled if requested. Holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
We love all pets but please ensure that any aggressive pets are confined to a certain area to protect your pet and our team. If an area has any pet waste or pet related material that will damage the equipment or runs the risk of cross contamination, EZ Pizzi Cleaning’s staff has the right to skip the area in question and notify management of the situation.
Staff Safety / Service Limitations
EZ Pizzi Cleaning values your safety as well as our staffs. Staff must wear shoes at all times, it is a mandatory regulation. Protective disposable booties are provided to our staff. We do not climb higher than a 2 step ladder. We cannot guarantee moving furniture over 15lbs, but we will attempt multiple cleaning techniques for those hard to reach areas.
Skipped Cleanings vs Cancellations
We understand that life happens quickly and there are times that you may need to skip, cancel, or reschedule. EZ Pizzi does require at least 48 hours notice for scheduling purposes. As a routine cleaning client, a part of what you pay for is a consistent spot on our schedule. Having a routine slot on the schedule ensures that you receive a guaranteed rate and consistent cleanings. What is the difference between a skipped cleaning and a cancellation? A skipped cleaning is scheduled with EZ Pizzi cleaning at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. It notifies and allows EZ Pizzi Cleaning the appropriate amount of time to fill your slot. A cancellation is a non-scheduled refusal of service with less than 48 hours of notice. Cancelling in less than 48 hours does not permit EZ Pizzi cleaning enough time to prepare/reschedule the staff’s full shift. Cancellations requested in less than 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the routine cleaning price. If routine cleanings are canceled, prices are subject to change depending on the duration of time since your last professional cleaning. If terminating our services, we do request a 30 day written notice.
We understand that your home is one of your most valuable assets. EZ Pizzi Cleaning takes pride that you have chosen us to clean your home. We want to take every step necessary to protect your home and your valuables. Please Remove or notify the team of any irreplaceable sentimental items in the home. Please Communicate with the team if there are any finishes in the home that require extra precaution due to any pre-existing damages. If you require cleaning of these objects, you, the client, will hereby release EZ Pizzi Cleaning from all liability arising from the cleaning of these items.
