  • How long has EZ Pizzi Cleaning been in business?

    EZ Pizzi Cleaning was founded in 2014. Over the years we have successfully serviced hundreds of customers in the Chester County area. In June of 2018, we opened our corporate office and warehouse in Exton, PA. Our reputation has been established on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

  • What are your hours?

    Our Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

    Our Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.

  • I need to cancel my appointment! What is your policy?

    We understand that life happens quickly and there are times that you may need to cancel or reschedule.

    EZ Pizzi Cleaning does require at least 48 hours cancellation notice for scheduling purposes. Cancellations requested in less than 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the routine cleaning price.

    If routine cleanings are canceled, prices are subject to change depending on the duration of time since your last professional cleaning. If terminating our services, we do request a written notice.

  • Our family won't be home during cleanings. How does that work?

    Here at EZ Pizzi, we treat your home like our own.

    Common methods for entering the home are garage code, door code or key. Keys are locked in a secure lock box and are never labeled with any address.

    If there are alarms or other security precautions, please communicate instructions for the team to enter.

    During inclement weather conditions our main goal is the safety of the staff. All entrances and walk ways to the home must be free of all ice and snow. EZ Pizzi has the right to leave the premises if conditions are deemed unsafe for staff.

  • When can I expect your team to arrive?

    EZ Pizzi staff works diligently to provide a solid arrival window of 1 hour.

    We have a firm schedule but EZ Pizzi’s staff will finish every home until completion instead of rushing to the following job. Our hours of operation in the field are from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
